Indian forces have used Rape as tool to suppress the people of Kashmir and thousands of women have been raped or sexually abused by occupational forces. However demands for freedom ─ remain ingrained in the Kashmiri psyche. India even after deploying 700,000 troops has failed to bring peace and stability in the Valley.
